Job Description Villa Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a Supervising
Pharmacist to lead daily pharmacy operations and support
high-quality patient care in our community-focused independent
pharmacy. This is a full-time, weekday-only position ideal for a
pharmacist who values leadership, accuracy, and personalized
service. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations in
compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Ensure safe,
accurate dispensing of medications Counsel patients and address
medication-related questions Supervise, train, and support pharmacy
staff Maintain inventory, records, and documentation Collaborate
with prescribers and healthcare providers Implement quality
assurance and safety procedures ? Qualifications Active New York
State Pharmacist License (required) Fluent in Korean and English
(required) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational
skills Experience in a community or retail pharmacy environment
preferred Position Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00
PM No weekends Pay: $70–$80 per hour Hours: 40 hours/week Benefits
