Job Description Annual Salary: $200k-$260k (varies depending on years of experience) We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our client’s outpatient practice. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver compassionate, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages - Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards - Collaborate with other providers and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient management - Participate in staff development, mentoring, and training activities - Contribute to organizational quality improvement efforts, including best practice alerts, registries, and performance measures - Attend required meetings and actively engage in program or clinic initiatives - Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and maintain respectful, professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues - Utilize scientific evidence and clinical judgment to optimize patient outcomes - Meet all licensure, continuing education, and annual health requirements Qualifications: - Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and completion of accredited residency in Family Medicine - Active or eligible New York State medical license - Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine - Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, though strong new graduates will be considered - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-centered environment - Competence with electronic health records and basic computer systems - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities — Atlas Search is a tri-state area recruitment agency, connecting new graduates, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians and Nurse Leaders to hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty groups, nursing homes, managed care companies, private practices, and healthcare start-ups.
