Mix: Ortho, Gen, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, URO. ENT, Ophthalmology,
Plastics. C-Sections and VBACs, 380 deliveries/year. Must be
proficient in spinal, blocks, and epidurals.Trauma Level: LEVEL 3
of OR's: 5Support Staff: 5 providers during the day. Supervision
and Ratio: Yes, 60% sup. Active LicenseCredentialing Time Frame:
