Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Opportunity in Roslyn Heights,
NY Position OverviewA full-time Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon is
needed to provide high-quality surgical and non-surgical aesthetic
care with a strong emphasis on post-bariatric body contouring. This
role supports patients throughout their full transformation journey
while contributing to the growth and reputation of the plastic
surgery service line. Position HighlightsMix of OR, inpatient,
outpatient, and clinic Blend of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery
Broad range of plastic and reconstructive procedures Post-bariatric
body contouring Aesthetic procedures (injectables, laser
treatments; facial plastics optional) Skin excisions and
reconstructive surgery as indicated Close collaboration with
bariatric specialists Participation in multidisciplinary case
reviews Initial consultations, treatment planning, and
post-operative care Involvement in service line development and
marketing initiatives Focus on delivering safe, empathetic, and

RequirementsMD or DO degree Board-certified or board-eligible in
Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Active or eligible NY medical
license Fellowship in aesthetics or body contouring preferred
Experience with massive weight-loss body contouring strongly
preferred 1-2 years post-residency experience preferred Key
SkillsStrong surgical judgment and technical skill Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with
strong wound care and aftercare knowledge Ability to work
efficiently in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial mindset and
interest in service line growth Permanent Assignment
