This position involves delivering high-quality, compassionate medical care and treatment services related to pregnancy, reproductive health, and overall female wellness. The Physician will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patient population receives effective and efficient healthcare services.Responsibilities:Provide high quality care for OB patients by accurately managing their pregnancy and any needs during the postpartum periodProvide high quality care for GYN patients which includes accurately diagnosing and treating patients who present with acute gynecological issuesMaintain appropriate documentation within the electronic medical record system in accordance with Aizer's policiesProvide support and high-quality care for laboring patients at Good Samaritan Hospital, based on the on-call scheduleProvide and maintain effective supervisory responsibility, as may be required, for ancillary health care staff within the department including, but not limited to, midwives, physician assistants, nursing staff and medical assistants.Perform surgical procedures, when necessary for patient careMinimum Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited medical school.Current New York State medical license and DEA license.Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Pay & Benefits:Compensation: Starting at 350k with guaranteed $5,000 increases over 5 years.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with no employee contribution.Team Appreciation Bonus: Recognizing your contributions and dedication.Paid Time Off:Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off, applicable to office hours onlyCommitment to 52 on-call 24-hour shifts per year is required.403(b) Retirement Plan: Setting you up for a secure future.Short-Term and Long-Term Disability: Ensuring income protection.Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment InsuranceCome do your best work at Aizer Healthwhere every interaction is an opportunity to transform lives.by Jobble
