Location: 2800 Marcus Ave, Suite 204, Lake Success, NY 11042
Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
  
• Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  
• Respond to complex customer calls
  
• Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:
  
• Benefit and Eligibility information
  
• Time of Service collection
  
• Customer material requests
  
• Physician assignments
  
• Authorization for treatment

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
    
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
    
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • Epic EHR experience
      
    • Bilingual in English & Mandarin--

      New York Residents Only: The hourly range for New York--residents is--$16.00 to $27.31 per hour.
