Job Description:
A Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving
communities across Long Island is currently seeking a Family Nurse
Practitioner to join our team in Amityville. Our company provides
the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventative and
behavioral health services to all who seek it, regardless of
insurance status and ability to pay, especially for the underserved
and vulnerable. We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse
Practitioner to work at our medium-sized primary care practice,
between 35 - 40hrs, rotating phone call coverage, one late night a
week, one Saturday a month -Work collaboratively with physicians
and other specialty physicians-Mission-driven candidate-Spanish
speaker preferred-Excellent compensation and benefits-We offer a
