Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Call Center
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coach customer support teams, ensuring high performance
and accountability
Implement systems and processes for automation, efficiency, and
compliance with regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client launches and
handle escalated customer issues
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a call center
environment, preferably in healthcare or startups
Proven ability to automate functions and manage support
operations
Deep understanding of TCPA laws and regulations applicable to call
centers
Experience with knowledge bases, IVRs, and Chatbots focused on
self-service
Demonstrated success in scaling teams and building structures to
support growth
