Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Contracts who will provide contract support and advice to senior leaders, oversee contract management, and lead a team of contract professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement contract management strategy and policies
Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts
Oversee contract lifecycle, risk management, and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or related field
10 years of contract management experience in the Federal Marketplace
Working knowledge of different contract types
Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
