Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of IT/Communications with
experience in Information Security.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all IT and communications resources, including Information
Security
Contribute to the design and maintenance of the network security
environment
Manage and mentor a team of Information Security Managers,
Engineers, and Analysts
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Information
Security
One of the following certifications: Certified Information Security
Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional
(CISSP), or GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field
Detailed knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion
prevention systems, and other security-related systems
Ability to lead and manage direct reports, develop staff, and
communicate effectively with diverse audiences
