Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Data & Applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive the vision for Data and Analytics and Cloud Native services, including GenAI, Machine Learning, Data Modernization, and Cloud Native Applications
Build and manage a team responsible for service delivery across all customer engagements and drive continuous improvement and adherence to delivery best practices
Lead the strategic growth of the business, manage department operations, and establish solid working relationships with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

Proven track record of leadership in the digital transformation space, including vision and thought leadership
Strong leader with 5+ years of management experience of teams of 75 or more
Experience managing a P&L, driving hiring, and balancing growth and profitability
Proven track record of success in building Go-to-Market strategies for digital services
Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and the ability to be cross-functional
