Job Description:
A company is looking for a Platform Support Manager responsible
for managing and organizing a world-class support function for all
business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Response and resolution of Incidents & Problems, and Service
Requests via an ITSM portal and email
Collaboratively provide global support for business
applications
Build geographically scattered (customer) support teams leveraging
known ITIL methodologies
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record of teamwork, execution, and customer
service
Proficient in Windows administration and web application
architecture
Good knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and messaging
brokers/queues
Ability to effectively prioritize work and work collaboratively in
a distributed team environment
Proactive communication skills and ability to work under pressure
in a dynamic work environment
