Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager
to deploy advertising budget and hit acquisition goals for members
at all parts of the funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute customer acquisition and retention campaigns
across multiple channels
Optimize and scale existing campaigns while exploring new channels
and growth tactics
Allocate marketing budgets, analyze ROI, and deliver reporting on
campaign performance
Required Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience managing paid campaign budgets on Facebook
and Instagram
Proficient understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies
Data-centric approach and experience in A/B testing and
optimization
Comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics 4
Results-focused mindset and stellar communication skills
