Job Description:
A company is looking for an OrderAI Customer Support
Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine processes and procedures for efficient and
effective service delivery of OrderAI support
Oversee a team of international contractors, including people,
process, and tools
Identify areas of improvement for future company scalability and
manage the implementation process
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years in a management role within a similar
environment, including leading contracted employees at scale
Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and
principles
5+ years deep expertise in contact center analysis and best
practices
Knowledge in working with CRM and SaaS software applications
Passion and track record of solving complex business problems
