Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and
communication materials
Conduct impact assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for
potential risks and resistance to change
Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the
knowledge and skills needed to embrace changes effectively
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Change Management Specialist, preferably
within a federal government context
Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies,
and best practices
Proficiency in using change management tools and software
Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci,
ACMP) are highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational
Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
