Capital & Liquidity Business Manager - Associate JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) is a leading global financial services firm with assets of $2 trillion and operations in more than 60 countries. The Capital & Liquidity Management Organization (C) is responsible for the management of capital and liquidity across the Firm. C also manages the Firm-wide Capital Stress Testing process and the Recovery & Resolution submission. Capital & Liquidity Management partners with other JPMC functions, including Risk Management, Control Management and the Lines of Business (LoBs) to establish control and governance best practices and accountability for the Regulatory Capital & Liquidity processes. It is also responsible for interfacing with Regulators on issues related to Firmwide capital and liquidity management. As a Capital & Liquidity Business Manager Associate you will be responsible for coordinating efforts across Capital & Liquidity Management as well as interacting with LOBs and other corporate functions to ensure accuracy within the C environment. The Business Management team for Capital & Liquidity Management sits within T/CIO Finance. Business Manager is a highly visible role with responsibilities to coordinate efforts across Capital & Liquidity Management as well as interacting with LOBs and other corporate functions to: Manage Capital & Liquidity governance committees and related efforts Act as the Qualitative Model (QM) Liaison for Capital and Liquidity process areas, to oversee and ensure the implementation of the QMs are compliant with Estimation Risk Management polices & procedures Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis Coordinate new business initiative approval processes, and manage ad-hoc projects Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables Support organization optimization and monitor department budget, headcount, and expenses, etc. Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps Manage real estate agenda Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint Participate in collaborative sessions with team members and managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes Provide other BM value-added support for the strategy and development of sub-teams Qualifications The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results-driven environment. 2+ years of experience in Business Management or COO role Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Self-motivated and able to work with high degree of independence Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong time management and prioritization skills JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
