Job Description:

EAC Network seeks a Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Group Facilitator for the STOPLIFT, Anger Management Program (AMP). This position is remote and part-time, up to 14 hours per week. Primary Purpose of Job: The Group Facilitator (bilingual) is responsible for providing virtual instructional services to clients of the STOPLIFT and/or Anger Management Programs through a structured curriculum provided by the Program. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Facilitate virtual class of first-time offenders charged with shoplifting, assault, harassment and similar offenses by following a structured course curriculum, provided by EAC NETWORK, consisting of lecture and group exercises. Complete all necessary paperwork, including attendance sheets, class lists, etc. on day of class. Distribute Certificate of Completion to eligible class participants at the end of the days session. Complete yearly co-worker evaluations. Complete Program Evaluation Form and return after each class. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required: High School Diploma or educational equivalent required, Bachelors Degree preferred. Minimum of one year relevant work experience required two years preferred. Bilingual Spanish required. Current knowledge of local criminal justice system preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and ability to multi-task in an efficient manner required. Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.
