Project Coordinator, you use your knowledge and expertise to
support the planning, organization, and execution of engineering
projects across North Atlantic Industries’ (NAI) advanced
electronic systems and solutions. This role requires the use of
independent judgment to ensure projects stay on schedule, within
scope, and aligned with customer and company objectives, driving
operational excellence within our engineering and manufacturing
teams. Requirements Coordinate day-to-day project activities
between engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply
chain teams. Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
to ensure timely completion of electronics development programs.
Maintain accurate documentation, including engineering change
notices, project timelines, and technical reports. Support project
managers in preparing status reports, presentations, and
performance metrics. Assist in risk identification, mitigation
planning, and issue tracking for engineering and production
programs. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams
to ensure technical and production alignment. Monitor material and
component requirements with procurement and production planning
teams. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within
NAI’s project management processes and documentation systems.
Exercise good judgment in managing assigned engineering projects,
including ownership of project schedules, prioritization of
activities, identification and mitigation of risks, and
coordination of cross-functional resources to meet cost, schedule,
and technical objectives. Qualifications and Education
Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Project Management, or a related technical discipline. 0–2 years of
experience in project coordination, preferably within the
electronics or aerospace/defense industry. Proficiency in Microsoft
Project, Excel, and other project management or ERP tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary
