Job Description Job Description The individual will work as a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting large manual production machinery at a manufacturing site. They will utilize their technical skills to interpret blueprints and drawings while ensuring machinery operates correctly by working with PLCs and frequency drives. Maintains and troubleshoots large manual production machinery at a manufacturing site. Performs all machinery repairs, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding work. Ensures proper machine maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Diagnoses and resolves issues with PLCs and frequency drives across Allen-Bradley, MicroLogix, Siemens, and Control Techniques platforms. Ability to read Mechanical/Electrical prints. Perform preventive maintenance activities, maintain daily log and PM records. Seeks ways to enhance quality and consistently checks own work for accuracy. Consistently meets productivity goals and works to improve results. Encourages all safety policies and procedures and OSHA guidelines. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid work ethic, and a positive attitude. Takes responsibility for personal actions and performance. Able to work overtime if needed.
