Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer and Solutions Architect with a passion for solving big problems in healthcare.
Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring architectural coherence, scalability, and performance
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software applications across both frontend and backend technologies, ensuring functionality, scalability, and performance
Mentor and support engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture - openness to managing a small team of engineers is a bonus

Qualifications:

At least 8 years of experience in software development with significant experience in leading software development projects and teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or an additional 3 years of related work experience
Strong experience with Java, Typescript, Bash, SpringBoot, and React
Experience with AWS services Lambda, ECS/Fargate, RDS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, CloudFront, S3, ApiGateway, and WAF
Experience in designing and implementing event-driven architectures using AWS services
