Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An excellent opportunity is available for Full-Time
Special Education Teachers with experience in both Special
Education (SPED) and General Education (GEN ED). This role is based
in Milford, DE, serving a diverse student population within a
structured school environment. There are 12 openings available,
allowing for a variety of educators to join and make a meaningful
impact. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized
education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive
classroom practices. Monitor and document student progress,
adjusting strategies to optimize learning. Provide specialized
instructional support to students with disabilities. Maintain a
safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administration to
ensure student success. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Valid
Special Education teaching certification. Experience working with
both special education and general education students. Strong
knowledge of IEP development and compliance. Excellent
communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt teaching
methods to meet diverse learning needs. Commitment to
