Our client, a well-known commercial property development company, is actively seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their Ft. Washington team! The ideal candidate is a marketing-savvy professional who enjoys project management-based work in a collaborative environment!

About you:
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred for this role
1+ years of marketing experience
Vibrant communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience managing multiple projects and possess the ability to prioritize tasks
Experience working with Adobe is a plus!


Day to day:
Provide cross-functional support for project-based needs
Track and support all marketing projects.
Monitor progress by organizing and gathering requirements and ensuring quality.
Plan, prioritize, and collaborate!


This contracted position is paying up to $25.00/hour depending on experience and is expected to last through November 2025.
