lead in solutioning, collaborate closely with the Sales teams to
deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clients’ needs. As
a Product Solutions Manager in Liquidity & Account Solutions, you
are an integral part of a team that drives deposit strategy,
portfolio pricing, and client deposit & investment solutioning that
reflects the firm's balance sheet objectives while maximizing NII
and supporting growth of overall Payments business. The team works
in close collaboration with Payment Sales, Banking, and Product
teams to ensure strategic alignment and business enablement across
various industries, markets, and regions. Job responsibilities Lead
solutioning for on/off balance sheet deposit and investment
products, while defining and configuring optimal solutions that
address clients’ needs and objectives Serve as a subject matter
expert and consultative resources while working with Payment Sales
Managers, Bankers, and clients to determine optimal product mix and
deposit rates. Own evaluation of deposit opportunities, pricing
approvals and associated governance framework Drive deposit
strategy in evolving rate environment & incorporate firmwide
balance sheet objectives to maximize NII Educate and train coverage
teams on deposit & investment product positioning, pricing
philosophy, interest rate and macro trends Share and solicit
feedback on competitor offerings and industry trends to
consistently refine JPM’s Liquidity's go-to-market approach Provide
market insights and industry outreach (presence) to support overall
client engagement – incl. industry forums, events, whitepapers,
etc. Manage key initiatives for Payments Sales and Banker
management teams with the goal of maximizing client and portfolio
profitability, while attracting and solidifying broad customer
relationships Engages with client teams to better understand pain
points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical
client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product
roadmap Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Deposit Product
Management teams to Monitor and analyze deposit trends, customer
behavior, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks
to portfolio Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5
years of experience in treasury, treasury services, banking,
liquidity product and/or investment management Ability to manage
multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-pace environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, proven ability to
present findings in concise manner Demonstrated success interfacing
with clients/stakeholders (external/internal) Ability to
support/engage with senior management on high priority strategic
projects Work well with cross-functional partners and in a dynamic
environment
