Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Lead (Controller) to
build and lead the accounting and tax functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and implement accounting processes, policies, and systems
Manage accounting team and oversee all accounting-related
workflows
Produce financial statements, reports, and forecasts, and manage
tax filings and audits
Required Qualifications:
Experience building accounting functions for growth-stage
startups
Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and GAAP
requirements
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
Exceptional financial and data analysis abilities
High level of integrity and comfort with confidential
information
