RN Home Health Hospice for a local contract nursing job in
Brooklyn, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Hospice - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week -

RN License Language: Russian Shift: Overview: Conducts training,
competency evaluations, and in-service programs for Home Care
paraprofessionals, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and
local regulations. Key Responsibilities: •/tDevelops and delivers
training using lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and multimedia
aids. •/tAssesses competency in laboratory settings and ensures
compliance with NYS certification standards. •/tProvides
orientation, refresher training, and leadership development for
home care aides. •/tSupervises training associates and reports
trainee progress. •/tCollaborates with the Education Manager to
design curriculum and conduct in-service programs. •/tMaintains
accurate documentation and prepares reports. •/tAdheres to
organizational policies on mandatory training, compliance, and
professional standards. Qualifications: •/tGraduate of an
accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. •/tMinimum
1 year of experience in home health care (CHHA/LHCSA).
•/tExperience in supervising, training, and evaluating HHAs/PCAs,
including transition planning. •/tAbility to instruct aides in
home-based care and conduct HHATP/PCATP training. •/tEffective
communication skills in diverse healthcare settings. •/tAbility to
